I'm a massage therapist, artist, writer, mom and wife.  I love being out doors - on the beach, in the mountains, forest and desert.  I love to hide away in noble silence in my house in the mountains above Los Angeles, when I crave solitude.  I have an art studio there and I am now working on a series mandalas.  Yes.  And I'll keep it up until I feel that I'm ready to stop.  It's an on-going series.

One of my best moments was reaching to top of Mount Whitney when I was 38.   Another, most profound experinece for me was when I had darshan from Mother Meera.  It was something I won't forget.  Ever.   I'm a level I Reiki practitioner and I practice Qi Gong.  Raised in a protestant/christian home, I now describe myself as not a christian, but a Hindu/Buddhist “Hindhist?”  I love it all.  And I'll take what inspires me and leave the rest for someone else to figure out.   I cannot stand to hear people disparage others' spiritual and or religious beliefs.  I believe that there are many ways to get to the truth, and that truth is one.  Namaste.
